This site is dedicated
to the memory of my parents,
Sylvia & Derek Bartlett.
My father died just before
Christmas 1998.
He was ex-RAF personnel, and although never had any dealings
with the Vulcan, introduced me to the great aircraft at the
West Malling Airshow.
My mother died suddenly, and unexpectedly, in August 2002.
Mum gave up many opportunities to ensure she had time for
me.
For that I am forever in her debt.
It's lonely here without you,
I miss you more each day,
For life is not the same for me,
Since you were called away.
I miss both of them dearly. |
